When can you occupy the room and when do you need to leave the room? Rooms can be occupied from 2 pm. Rooms must be vacated and key card(s) returned to the reception until 10 am on the day of travelling.
You are requested to fill out the check-in form and sign the guest book on arrival.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms? Our hotel rooms and restaurant are non-smoking, smokers have the opportunity to smoke in the hotel garden and on the restaurant terrace.
What types of payment do we accept? As for credit and debit cards, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro cards for payment of invoices, as for SZÉP cards, we accept MKB, OTP and K&H cards. An ATM machine is available at the reception and you can pay with cash, too.
Are pets allowed? Our Hotel does not allow pets.
What facilities do we offer to babies? Baby beds are available to small babies and high chairs in the restaurant. Please indicate your request for a baby bed at the time of booking.
Is there a dress code in the restaurant? Comfortable clothing is recommended in the restaurant. Swimsuits are not allowed.
